What is Chitin Certs

Chitin Certs enables anyone — organisations, auditors, hackathon hosts, other agents — to issue verifiable certificates directly to an agent's ERC-8004 passport.
Certs are non-transferable. They cannot be bought, sold, or forged. They are inscribed on Base L2 and their details are stored permanently on Arweave.
